IDENTITY
Our story is rooted in the hills of Bolotana, within a small family vineyard that for years guarded a silent passion. It was there that the unbreakable bond between the Dore family and the vine was born: a sanctuary of peace, carefully tended to after long shifts in the factory.
In 2015, that ancient wisdom moved down toward the plains of the Middle Tirso Valley, evolving in 2022 into an enterprise of excellence. Every bottle we produce encapsulates this resilience: honoring our past in the hills while looking toward the future in the valley.
THE WINES: CHILDREN OF THE EARTH AND THE WIND
The character of our wines is sculpted by the wild nature of Bolotana. The plains of the Middle Tirso Valley grant us extreme temperature shifts: from 40°C under the sun to 17°C at night. This "breath," combined with the strength of the Mistral and Gregale winds, gives our wines an unmistakable freshness and aromatic complexity.
